Fixed

• The Ask Jack launcher no longer reads as broken when Jack is fine. Its liveness probe asked for /health on the site's own origin, which the deployment routes nowhere, so it answered 404 whether or not the assistant was running and the launcher sat disabled saying he had errored. It now probes the path that is routed.
• A locally run Jack accepts the local docs site. The default origin allowlist named port 3030, which nothing has served since npm run dev moved to 3040, so a contributor running both saw "Jack is away" against a healthy backend.
